I know what you mean about not feeling anything in your back while doing dumbbell rows, but boy do I get DOMS in my lats from them.

I love/hate weighted chins, Bulgarian split squats, or any dumbbell loaded unilateral leg work. Barbell lunges are piss easy compared to dumbbell lunges IMO and therefore less hated.

Hate BB bench. Been stagnant on it for too long, due to being lazy and impatient.

Haha, well at least you get something out of them, I don’t even get sore.

I hate and love deadlifts.
