1g of Protein/Pound of Bodyweight

HAHA. I understand your suspicion, elusive. Now that you mention it, Id probably think the same thing in your shoes. I’ll admit that I know the guy - but I am not actually him. Didnt mention it cause I didnt figure it was relevant. Heard of the post through him actually. One way you can tell Im not him is by reading his posts. WGaD is mouch more reserved and polite than I am. Im an all out type-A asshole (and proud of it) - especially to bossy know-it-all jerks that pick on nice kids like WGaD.

Now, if someone wants to throw out ideas/concepts like adults instead of like children that want to prove that they are better than everyone else, Im an experienced, educated, certified and decorated powerlifter here to talk weights in a mature and professional manner. Also, Im more of an 4 eggs/apple/OJ breakfast kind of guy. I dont like muffins or twinkiees much at all.

I still don’t believe you. lol. I also think its a big coincidence that you “know” him after what I suspected. I don’t care much either way though, it is what it is.

Elusive, now that I see both of their postings and the fact that both profiles have the location Florida, I believe it’s the same jackass.

Thats what I had originally thought.

Nope, two different guys, I mean, really, echto5tango is a lot more clever than me, and like he said, a bit more aggressive than me. and Bricknyce, seriously, what fear would I have of confronting you as my “OP”, why would I go on as a different user, as if your gonna find me and kick my ass or something. You internet people are kind of wierd for even thinking that.

Now I’m convinced.

Good man, elusive.

I felt like I was Columbo or Mattlock.

Ok, thats enough for tonight. Brick… Your ranting was quiet entertaining. I look forward to more crazy in future posts. Till then, buddy - E5T

This guy has us fooled actually. Now that I think of the annoying nature of his first post, he came on here with the intention of messing with us.

As phatkins would say, we’ve stepped in some troll shit.

Just a few quick thoughts…

Eggs are pretty cheap, and quite anabolic. I think eggs work wonders when used in veggie omellettes, with a small red potato chopped up, boiled until tender, then thrown into the veggie omellete. If you are worried about cholesterol or fat intake, use 6 egg whites to every one egg.

Take your fish oil!!!..

Also, you might want to change your thinking about breakfast and start making breakfast a high quality protein dinner type meal, maybe a piece of fish and some broccoli and a protein shake. There’s nothing wrong with drinking Brewer’s yeast (it’s cheap) with every meal, great source of added protein and aminos.

Gradually increase your food intake each week until you start reaching a point where you are gaining, and do NOT eat crap food at all to make up for additional calories. Crap food ruins you internally and externally.

For fuck sake, Bricknyce… Grab a tissue and wipe away some of those tears, bro. Shit…

  1. Yes - you ARE wasting your “breath, time, and energy here or at a keyboard to spout advice and information that falls on deaf ears”. Please - for the sake of everyone that doesnt have a full hour to read your bellyaching - stop. Your whining is driving the rest of us nuts. Want some nutrition advice? Try a tall glass of shut-the-fuck-up. After all the shit you throw at this kid, youre gonna call HIM annoying?!?..

  2. If the kid wants to eat muffins/twinkies, let the kid eat muffins/twinkies. How do you know that wont help his strength levels and size? MAYBE his body handles large amounts of simple carbs well. MAYBE his energy levels will climb, he’ll consume sufficient amounts of AAs and FFAs and he’ll grow. WOULDNT BE THE FIRST TIME.

The research suggests consuming somewhere between .8 to 1.2 grams of protein per pound of lean mass (not BW) depending on activity levels. More activity = less protein and vice-versa. Protein consumed past those amounts probably/certainly wont get processed and/or absorbed. SO SAYS SCIENCE - not my opinion.

If youre an individual that takes steroids, good for you - but you need to keep your nutrtion advice to your fuckin self. Youre a loser druggy, a contributer to local and international crime, a cheater that usually doesnt have to the balls to admit it, likely a raging narcissist and an all around insult to the sport. You might as well have a crane or forklift pull the bar off your chest and call that a legal lift. Want to impress someone? Lift hard, lift heavy, study the science behind your sport and eat according to the scientific research - not some bullshit some idiot spends 2 and half hours typing/crying/boo-hooing about (says the guy spending 1 and a half…).

Want GOOD advice, Whogivsadamn? Locate a RD/CSSD (Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics) or at least someone with a degree in this shit. Ask THEM.

Bricknyce - if your response is any longer than a few paragraphs, Im not gonna read it so you can save the tissues. Rather than going on and on and on and on… GET TO THE POINT, I’ll take a look at it and I’ll respond.

Damn, I love 09’ers, they just keep getting more and more retarded the later in the year they join. December members are going to be hilarious!

Shit, now I feel like a total moron. I regret not reading the prior postings. God, Brick must be an animal in the gym, his energy level on the forum is amazing. I’ve haven’t seen anyone on this forum as passionate about nutrition as Brick. That’s awesome and certainly welcomed here.

I don’t think the internet will be able to handle the amount of stupid you’re predicting.
