I have put 1230lbs on my combined lifts since I started.

Im 17 years old and can probably deadlift 700 for reps, squat 700x1, and bench 455 with a bounce all lifts done raw. You dont even know what gains are.

if it wasn’t for the square cube law my ant farm would actually be lifting 5 times their weight

but comparatively speaking from a 60k to a 140k it means either the lower weight has less fat or the larger guy has more and denser muscle. and looking at the lifts is a good way to determine the amount of muscle but not the muscle to fat ratios, so I’m inclined to say that not only does the 140k guy have more effective muscle but also denser muscle and is adapted to lift more. which is kind of what most people brag about when they say they lift x times their body weight. only coefficients mean piss. they’re just scared to use that ‘s’ word when referring to someone else and they’re in denial about their own progress.

if anything, meganewb’s squat is still way more impressive than a deadlift bit above 2.5 times bodyweight of someone much lighter.
