Im 320lbs because of my diet, not my training.

You want to compare gains on your program LOL??

I have put 1230lbs on my combined lifts since I started.

Im 17 years old and can probably deadlift 700 for reps, squat 700x1, and bench 455 with a bounce all lifts done raw. You dont even know what gains are.
