Zach Khan's Arms Bigger Than Heath's?

BTW Kai looks like a complete monster there, I don’t know what’s his offseason weight right now but DAMN.

He has 24inch arms I think, probably a little bit bigger than Heath’s.

Kai wins.

Kai is like a black, huge Michael Jackson of bodybuilding.

Now I like Kai, but was the gimp mask REALLY necessary?

Kai definitely owned that stage.

It makes him stand out 'nuff said.

I didn’t see any zippers

looks like a luchador mask to me.

It is. It seems most here have more experience with S&M than they do Mexican wrestling.

330lbs rey mysterio FTW

I couldn’t see the vid until I got home…but holy shit, Kai must have some of the best genetics in bodybuilding to hold that much mass at that height…and still be able to move like that.

I can certainly appreciate that, but sometimes I find myself shaking my head and thinking that pro bodybuilding can be perceived as being gay enough without Kai using it as an opportunity to play dress up.

I thought this back when he used body paint and fake fur to pretend he missed role call for the Wizard of Oz. I think that when he does a handstand split and gyrates his grundle for the crowd, too.

I like Kai as much as I do any other bodybuilder out there - I admire his training intensity and the mental approach he takes towards lifting. I also think his physique kicks ass and his posing, when he brings his game, is the best you’re gonna find out there. But, that doesn’t mean that I occasionally wish he wouldn’t turn a stage appearance into something I need to quickly click out of anytime someone walks into the room or, worse yet, something I feel I need to be throwing one dollar bills his way for.

The mask - apologies for not being as caught up on Mexican wrestling as some of you appear to be - makes his routine look like the shit you find when you Google his name with ‘SafeSearch’ turned off. Strategic? Possibly, but that still doesn’t make me feel any less embarrassed to be viewing some of his shit when other people are in the room.

Kai doing his act solo.

Any updates from camp Coleman regarding his return?

Don’t kno bro, will search when my agenda’s not tight. Well it mustn’t be that tight if I found that video.

For the guys who didn’t watch the whole video, the second half Jay two kids get up onstage and start posing with the behemoths.

But but Kai’s holding a SHIT TON of water, when he gets in contest shape he’ll definitely look like shit (S???).

this one of Kai is nuttier and better, his size is there undoubtedly, his upper chest, traps, tri’s have all come up, he staying leaner and active this off season at about 295-301 he mentioned, not 315-320 like previously.

i hope he nails it this year, the only other guy i wouldn’t mind winning is a spot on victor martinez, that guy deserves to catch a break. genetically he’s got the best shape too. that said a crazy striated kai wins this mother fucker in 2010!

I agree. It seems as if he doesn’t feel like he’s getting quite enough attention being 300 muscular pounds, he has to make an even bigger spectacle.

i hear you guys, his gold hot shorts are a bit over the top but what i like is that he does whatever it is that he wants to do. it’s his life, and as he says…he’s living it.

also, he’s straight not gay, and it wouldn’t matter to me either e.g. he’s not fucking me. BB is a year worth of hard work and a day of nearly naked men on stage, if you’re watching it because it’s fascinating to see human form in such epic proportions…well then that’s cool.

if you get a hard on and think sexual thoughts about BB…well then, you’re a fag. it’s a pretty easy distinction to make.

this rant isn’t directed at anyone w/in this post/forum, it’s just my thoughts.

if folks are worried about it hurting the sport, the sport is fucked anyway and will never be mainstream, that being said at least Kai brings some needed flair to the game. if he weren’t a beast but just an average BB then all of his hoopla could be just dismissed as faggory, but because he’s top of the food chain, he gets to influence the masses.

I think that people in general are prejudicious and tend to fear what they don’t know. And because they use to keep their knowledge (or ignorance) unchanged, bodybuilding will always be misunderstood not by the fans, but the mayority of people.

Agreed. At this point, I see him as being more “artistic” than simply trying to be the biggest exhibitionist in a group. The guy has literally grown up with his body being what put food on the table and what everyone noticed first. He seems extremely comfortable with who he is and I think that stands out to me more than anything.

Bodybuilding is NOT mainstream and never will be. The average person even on this site seems to have some sort of disdain for anyone who stands out as much as some of these guys. The same people who would look at you strangely because they catch you watching a bodybuilding comp would be the same ones talking behind your back when your arms get over 20". You can either give a shit or not.

I personally am hitting the “fuck it and fuck you” stage of my life.

…and things have never been better.

Now, where are my sequined gold stretch pants, my leopard print face paint, and my 1975 Jackson 5 wig?
