Your Personal Bests on Dips

I’m 13 years old I weight 295lbs shredded and can do about 100 reps. Today I did 10x10 with +one-toyota-camry. I’m thinking about buying creatine to pump another 100 reps to my max reps test, what do you think?

  1. If I remember correctly, about 27 bwt reps. Haven’t repped out in a while, maybe I should. 2. As for 1RM it was one good rep with 3-45’s at a bwt of approx. 147 lbs. (years ago). 3. At a bwt of 170 I now finish up my chest day with 2-3 sets with 90# for 8-10 reps.

I’ve done 5 reps with 50 kg (110 lb) attached and over 40 reps (stopped counting after 30) with bodyweight only. My bodyweight is 70 kg (154 lb).

67.5kg x 3. At bodyweight of 85kg.

Godamn, I’m almost embarrassed to say:

Bodyweight: Not sure, I do sets of 10 to warm up and that really isn’t too hard. I’d estimate maybe mid 20s.

1RM: Never attempted, but I’ve gotten 50# attached for a couple sets of 3, so maybe 70#ish?

Work sets: I’m currently doing 4 x 6 with 20# attached as an assistance after heavy benching.

6’4", 190#.

Don’t be embarassed. In my case at least, those stats come from the first work set with dips as the first tricep exercise in a dedicated arms workout–what you do as an assistance after some other flagship exercise is apples and…gala apples.

50 BW reps at 175lbs
120 lb DB x 5 or 6 was my heaviest for a few sets

i dont go so heavy right now, because i’m worried about my shoulders

22 reps at BW (205-210), can do a set of 8 with 30 kilos (66 lbs.), no idea what 1RM is, think it’d be rough on my shoulders though.

Bdwt + 210 for sets of 3 or 4…it was a whle back, I can’t do dips now since I dont have a dip dealie…but I was benching right around 500 at the time.

Working sets usually buld up 45X10 90X8 90X8 135 as many as I can usually around 6 or 7

Holy shit, there’s some heavy dippers out there.

I don’t do bodyweight (170 lbs right now) dips.

Weighted with a 70 lb dumbbell I and can do three sets of 10.

We made a post with a larger diameter bottam, kinda like an upside down T. Anyways i had 4 45lbs plates plus a 35lbs plate.
