Yogi: How Do You Train?

I’ll give you all another little look behind the curtain in the life of Yogi. I just ran my hand down my face and a gnarly callous on my hand I’ve been picking at scratched the fuck out of my nose

Do you have any cool trails or anything around where you live? I fucking hated cardio until I moved to an area with a bunch of nature trails. Watch for snakes though, those bastards are sneaky.

I live in a city in central Scotland, so really it’d have to be a park. There are some quite nice ones in the city but not anywhere near where I live.

Obviously there are beautiful areas of wilderness around here, but you’d have to leave the city so it becomes more of a day trip then a workout. I wouldn’t rule it out for the summer but for now all my cardio will be done on some kind of torture machine.

Would be cool to go running through a forest or something though. And I laughed at the snakes thing! We have literally no dangerous animals in this country. I suppose maybe I could slip on a frog and land on something sharp but the chances of that are pretty slim.

It’ll happen big guy, my training schedule’s all over the place but once I get my shit together we’ll get a lift in for sure.

On a side note, that gym’s full of fucking weirdos. There was a dude with long hair (looks a bit like Zakk Wylde circa 1993) walking about the gym shouting “Constipated Trainers! You’re all constipated! That’s why you shit yourself.”

I tried to explain that constipated people don’t shit themselves but I don’t think he was listening
