It’ll happen big guy, my training schedule’s all over the place but once I get my shit together we’ll get a lift in for sure.
On a side note, that gym’s full of fucking weirdos. There was a dude with long hair (looks a bit like Zakk Wylde circa 1993) walking about the gym shouting “Constipated Trainers! You’re all constipated! That’s why you shit yourself.”

I’m training most days kinda late in the evening; the last hour or so before it closes but I still don’t really have much of a routine.
Don’t you train at the ungodly time when it’s super busy? I can’t be arsed with that. Only good thing about that is the staggering amount of hot girls. I’ve never been in a gym with so many hot girls

Aye I usually train around 6 or 7. I used to train later but I like getting home earlier during the week.
The hot girls just about make up for the crowds at peak time. There was once I was foam rolling and literally the only place I could look without leering at one girl or another was straight up at the ceiling. It’s almost obscene.
haha, yeah, that area with the foam rollers is ideally situated behind the stepper/elliptical things where the chicks bend over and wiggle from side to side. Fucking love those machines. They should put them in front of the treadmills
