I want to do some Westside training, but i don’t know which plan to follow, the true WSB, or the Westside for skinny bastards. I myslef am about 6’2" at 200/205. I am relatively weak for my size, and i want strength much more than size…i am 16 btw…
so which plan would be better? WSB, WS4SB, or WS4SB part 2?
