I have been thinking about trying Westside for Skinny Bastards till the end of summer to realy hit my body hard, but i think that the scheme on defrancos site is to small for me so i was thinking something like this
Monday Max Effort Upper
Tuesday Max Effort lower
Wedsnday rest
Thurs max rep upper
Fri Max rep lower
So, let me know what you think and if anyone has anything they did that is better please post.
