i have 2 questions. the first one. im in pretty good shape i weigh about 180 or so and im about 6 feet tall. my bodyfat is about 7 -8 percent. how do i acheive what is called the wroking 6 pack. i have the abs showing, not washboard almost but not yet and i have the finger like indentions right arounbd my rib cage… i have paper thin skin but how do i get the muscles known was the serratus intercostals to show. i do russian twist, wood chops and other types of exercises. but no results for them.
my 2nd question is im working out with a woman whos about 5f6 around 123 but her abs are not visibile is thier a given time b4 her abs will show. b/c i trained one girl and her abs were visible after 1 week.
