Hello Thanks for the advice on my other post now i have a question about a routine for my abs. I wanna get a 6 pack!! But the routines ive read so far are a little too complicated for me to undestand. Can someone tell me a routine to do Mon/Wed/Fri to get rid of about 1 inch of fat and show a rock solid 6 pack??

You get a six pack from diet more than from training. If you want your Ab muscles to show then make sure your body fat is around 10%.
As far as specific Ab exercises there are many good ones available. What I have always done is to take three of them and perform one set of each three times per week. At the end of six to eight weeks, take another three and do the same thing.
It’s not rocket science as some would have you believe.
As ZEB has already said a 6 pack is about bieng in the single digit BF% which is all about diet. But here is my favorite ab routine.

squat and deadlift heavy weights
heavy deadlift and heavy squat, plank often and for increased time and add resistance when you can, and get into single digit bf%.
My 2 cents:
I used to do some ab work faithfully after each workout. I always knew they were under there, but never saw them. Reducing BF was one thing I needed to do, but another was to treat abs NOT as an afterthought but as a body part that needed time spent on them. When I listened to advice and did ab moves for at least 15-20 minutes straight, 2-3x/week, THAT’s when they started showing.
If your abs aren’t aching when you’re done, you’re not done.
What has really helped me out has been doing regular situps and weighted side bends, as well as weighted situps and pull down abs. But you also need to do the heavy squatting and oly lifting and deads.
