Where is this damn article?

Hey guys, I did a search, but I’m not coming up with anything. I’m in school and I want to show this dude sitting next to me. I remember an old article… I think it was written by John Berardi. It had a chart comparing the amount of lean mass and fat you pack on when on a bulking cycle. Something like >10 lbs… 70% lean, 30% fat… I can’t remember any of the numbers. But does anyone know what article this is? I thought it was an Appetite for Construction… but I can’t find it worth a damn. Thanks guys!

What I meant was > 10 lbs. [of fat]. So if you started eating over maintenance with 10 lbs of fat, how much lean mass & fat would you pack on? I could of sworn there was a chart. I probably scrolled right over it… I’m a blind bastard.

I don’t remember either, but he also wrote an article with an acutal formula instead of just a few data points.

Appetite for Construction in Issue 167.
