Does anyone remember this article?

Hey, I remember seeing an article, either on the web site or in the printed mag, about someone who had reduced their metabolic rate (by not eating consistently?) down to the point that they couldn’t diet and lose fat. The piece went on to suggest a plan to get the metabolic rate out of the crapper, something like gradually increasing calories while increasing cardio work or something like that. Anyone remember this? Know where I can find it? Thanks in advance.
