A hybrid of bodybuilding, Olympic lifting, and MMA training in my down time from professional wrestling. Lots of drama has me side lined until I can find stability. City is on lock down due to snow so I have trained since Friday. I’ll update this with goals and other details later.
Finally the city lifted the level 3 snow emergency so I was able to train!
So it went like this
Warm up on eliotical for. 5 minutes then it turned into 30 on 30 off HIIT for 5 rounds.
Good sweat, nothing major.
Foam rolled and did some tumbling to get looser

Practiced drop snatch and overhead squatting for 20 minutes just for forms sakes. I wasnt feeling them today enough to add weight. Both are movesthat I have to work back in slowly after not doing them for a couple weeks.
