What Helps You Build Size?

I was wondering what products work really well in getting bigger and growing muscle. I take N.O. X-Plode and Spike. Along with syntha-6. anybody have any great roducts that increase size dramatically?

let me tell you about my secret weapon of mass building. Are you ready? Food. Lots of food. Ditch the No-Explode for and extra litre of water a day, you’ll get the same pump and have an extra $60. syntha-6 is a good protein, but make sure you’re getting a VAST majority of your calories from real food. Sleep lots, nothing says, “I’m trying to get huge and stay lean like a 9 hour sleep at night.” Good luck buddy.

yup, ditch the no-explode.

after their lawsuit over their creatine, it’s really sad that a company like that can still stay in business.

if you’re not gaining, you’re not eating enough.

other than that, protein powder (whey/casein), creatine, ZMA would be a good bet

Food/protein works best. Ditch the no-explode especially combined with sSpike. Way too much caffeine. Dropping that alone will probably put size on you. lol I also agree with sleeping a lot and lifting some heavy weights.

Definately get your sleep and eat. Just be sure you learn how to eat so that your hard earned muscles aren’t hidden by fat.

A plate with food on it works wonders.

Figure out your maintenance calories, taking into account your activity level, then add 500 or so calories to this. Eat this many calories everyday and you’ll be on your way to gaining about a pound a week, if you’re not, eat more, if you’re gaining fat, scale back a little.

If you go crazy and just eat everything in sight, you’ll definitely add weight but it might not be the weight you want.

Eat lots of the good stuff the old timers use to eat that helped them pack on the pounds like pasture-fed beef, cage-free chicken eggs, whole fat raw milk and cream (The Good Ol Paul Anderson Squat and Milk routine ^^) and eat plenty of veggies.

I tried to help him too. I asked what pct he was gonna use and he just looked at me funny. I then said what “off cycle” are u gonna use and he said “oh probably 3-4 weeks”. lol but he swears he did his research and knows everything about it. lol oh well…
