i did 275 last week, this week ill do 280, or 285.
Is this increase of fat-free mass size or increase in general size? Because America has got it figured out quite well on how to pack on humoungous slabs of mass. The fact that most of it is all lard is irrelavent! ::
I would just skip all the hard work and get one of those fat suits. That way you can always back out when all your friends start laughing at you.

Increase size dramatically = steroids
Increase size overall time = Food/calories. from fat, carbs protein.
Eat about 1.5 - 2 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight if increasing size.
Get anything from 3000- 4500 calories a day. Get a scale and weigh your food,dont guess, know how much your eating.
Deadlifts & squats are key. Then train all muscles like you usually do 3-5 sets with 8-12 reps per set. One more thing. When lifting make sure to fuckin absolutely hammer your muscle fibres, otherwise your muscles will be happy to be as they are. Destroying muscle fibres in the gym is the only reason y you are there.
