(Un)official 2026 T-ransformation Challenge

I don’t have a dog in this fight and it’s (obviously) totally up to you, but I will say there is a massive difference between competing with a deadline vs dropping a snapshot in time.

I already said I wasn’t interested in the contest.

I had my vid ready on Dec 30. In which I made progress from my previous profile pic @Andrewgen_Receptors saying I have a muffin top and looks like I don’t lift.

I will post a new one at the end of this for my fans Andrew and Moon. I have no intentions of letting myself go. I train everyday of my life.

I didn’t read the interaction with @Andrewgen_Receptors, but I find it hard to believe that he was serious if he said it looks like you don’t lift.

Hmm, maybe you could try a picture instead.

It means that if you are going to make claims like this:

Then you should back up those claims by giving everyone evidence that helps them see that you are right. Until then, you’re just saying words that have little credibility behind them. This is a good opportunity in light of this statement:

which is something you can give by doing something like this:

And this challenge can definitely be easier than prep…

You have a chance to add weight to your claims, which is why I originally said the quote of myself that I shared here. Whether you decide to do anything about it is up to you. I just find it interesting that you indicated you would share a pic and participate and now you’re not going to do it, but that’s a you decision. Cheers.

I really enjoy your use of the quotes feature on here!

@TrainForPain
Swinging on time, but definitely not early.
For the first time ever in a T-ransformation, I am posting a full body from the back. I am my most harsh critic when it comes to my upper thigh fat, I’m sure the other ladies here understand.

My goals are 80% performance/mass building. Remaining 20% is not allow myself to get chubby again as a consequence.

  • Goal 1/current - I’m in bulking phase working on more mass. Lower body is the focus, I’d love to replace the jiggle with some powerful muscle.
  • Goal 2 - Run my first 50 mile Ultra marathon. I ran a 30 mile last year and caught a bug. Signed up for a race in July.
  • Goal 3 - Run faster. Shooting for a sub 2-hour half marathon in May.

Thank you! Makes things a lot more clear imo, which is never a bad thing on the interwebs lol.

I added a new profile pic and a posing vid for you to critique.

So critique away……..

Go ahead and tell me I’m going backwards…….

What else do I need to prove? Seriously…..

I’ll post an update at the end.

BTW, celery and grapes are a major staple of my loosing the muffin top!

damn!

you really got lean!

Yeah this is definitely one of those “all in your head” situations, as there is no noticeably “fat” area of your upper thigh there. I 100% get it though, as I am sure I magnify things that people dont really notice either

Thanks! It was interesting to experience once. Only took weeks of eating 1200 calories, cardio 6x a week, lifting 4x a week and an occasional HIIT/WOD.
Felt like crap all the time. Amount of weight I could lift dropped, etc. 10/10 would not recommend. But, so far my abs have stuck around pretty well during my bulk. So, yay abs!

Weighed in around 198 the other morning. My lifting lately has left a lot to be desired. I’m at a point where I’m fairly certain I’m so detrained that a recomp should be feasible, so that’s what I’m aiming for.

I’m on week two of deepwater Beginners and it’s kicking my ass. I’m still working on getting my numbers back up to where I was a couple of years ago and honestly I’ve just been backsliding more or less for quite some time.

So, in a nutshell (same as last year)…

  • Consistency in diet
  • Consistency in lifting days
  • More conditioning
  • Mobility and yoga

Understand….is an understatement. Lol. I feel like I’m a walking mini refrigerator most days lol.

I will say I’m glad to see that you’ve made such excellent progress.

I’m just soooooo hardheaded and can’t bear to give up my strength numbers. They is my friends lol

@unicornsandrainbows you look fantastic. Full stop. Muscular, with legs that look like they can do what you’re asking them to do. Just enough fat to look feminine and healthy rather than underfed.

@unicornsandrainbows I agree with Emily. Athletic and feminine. I know what you mean about the legs though. I don’t wear shorts outside of my house. Ever. Lol. Although I do agree with @TrainForPain . Between you and @kleinhound holy cow. Where do we go from there? Side note: I’m excited to see how your 50 mile race goes. Will you be satisfied with 50? How long till you go for 100? Being that I am the emotional support pet of an ultramarathoner, I’m particularly interested in that part of your goal.

For some reason I got existed about the half and didn’t notice this. Ultra’s are so much fun. I’ve done a few 50 milers. The training is the most fun part. 100+ mile weeks. 20-30 milers on the weekend!!! Let me know if you need any training help.
Are you doing trail or road? I started with a road race for my first and took 9th overall which was beyond my expectations. The last race I did was a very difficult trail with a ton of elevation. Was with the lead pack for the first 30 miles and then blew my knee up on a steep decent and had to kinda run/walk the last 20ish miles. Was a long day!!!
