Currently around 6’4, would like to add more mass on my frame: bigger biceps/forearms, broader shoulders, wider back & bigger legs. Will be on a fairly aggressive bulk but expect to be at least 100kg come May.
There is a lot of stuff that isn’t good for me in there, thank you for the kind words!
You’re too kind! Perhaps I am the perfect candidate for the gluttony winner.
I relate to the fridge comment too, as in, I feel like all I do is house food, but there is room for more.
I did take a strength hit to get this lean. Only now crawling back to feeling strong again. I traded scale weight for plates for a couple of years. Now it’s time to rebuild!
I love this statement. As always, you know just what to say to get me out of my mental beat down loop.
Funny, my hubby asked me this the other day. I probably won’t stop at 50. I’m bad at knowing when to stop. 2027 will probably be the year of 100. From there… I have what would be the epitome of races and distances lurking in the back of my mind. I’m so scared of it I don’t want to type its name. For now, it will be a monster in the closet.
I need all the help I can get! I’ll move this discussion to my log. This post has been long enough.
Ok, clocking in at 173.6 lbs this morning upon waking. I’ll turn 53 about the time this contest ends, so just trying to get a little bit better each year. Been running mostly Dan John and Pavel programs (KB-focused) lately, and expect to for at least the next few months.
Alright I’m in. Not looking to win but I think it’ll be good motivation to keep me honest.
Currently 6ft, 204lb, 39yrs. I’ll be 40 before this commences. 12/6/25 meet total 1026. Goals - lean out (lose the belly/love handles/tits) and put 50lbs on my total. I lift in the 198s and plan to stay there. Next meet is 5/2/26. Very attainable if I stay disciplined.
