MM, maybe some day you will get a total that will qualify you for a real meet, like SPF worlds… oh wait…

You’re cute.

3 things.

  1. Look at the entry, there is no qualifying total.
  2. Look at the lifter list. It should be called SPF Regionals. How the fuck can you have a
World meet when nobody who lives further West than IL is competing?
  3. I think SPF was recently demoted to sub IPA status.

Nice try though. You obviously aren’t from around these parts.

First 600 lb Deadlift. Longest pull of my life, in fact, I dont think I’ve seen anybody take logner on a single rep! haha. Suit, straps and a hitch, all legal in strongman. Thank goodness, I need to take it any way that I can get it.

geez, that was the longest grinder ever! ahha. good work man. now go lift a boulder or something…

This isn’t as good as most other people on here, however a milestone for me:

Conventional deadlift: 170kg x 1 (PR + 10kg) 2 x bw

A PR is a PR. And it looks like you have a lot more in the tank.

bench press- touch and go- 455x4 this is a 1 or 2 rep PR. been awhile since i’ve done reps over 405.

and for shits and giggles…

315x20

conventional deadlift PR 185k

only 15k more needed to do this years goal, 200kilo pull
