Dude, seriously. I know all your little nut huggers are going to come out in hordes but if you trained with us we would literally drop an elbow on your ass for how long you take to approach the bar. Seriously, almost a minute for a set of 10. I would hate to train with you as you do this shit all the time. Fuckin a duck dude, just lift.
Not to mention, I read all these posts of you advocating getting tight when you bench but you are literally all over the bench on this set. I got vertigo watching you wiggle around.
I’m not trying to say you don’t have decent upper body strength but holy balls, what are you doing dude?

all i have to say is post a vid of you doing 3 sets of 405 for 9 to 10 reps and i’ll listen to anything you have to say.
also, not that i have to defend myself because what i do works pretty well. reps sets are pretty much impossible to stay tight on. the important things are right on though… my bar path is consistent and my feet are firmly in place.
as for the time i take to prepare… that’s what i do. i visualize a bunch and have a ton of rituals. fucking sue me. if it bothers you so much, do like i do, i don’t read what you write. do me a favor and do the same for me.

That’s not the point. I just read you advising a guy to set up every rep like a single. You went through this whole process with him and then look like you are swimming the backstroke on your own shit.
The whole, “post a video” thing is lame as hell. I don’t need to prove anything to you. I stand by everything I post. i have the results, both personally, and with lifters I have worked with to back it up.
You never PM’ed me to find out about my credentials, etc. I’m not an internet whore. I have a background in forensics and chooe to stay annonymous. I don’t trust the internet because I know what one can accomplish with teh right tools.
So sue me…
Agree to disagree, I guess.

why didn’t i PM?? dude, i actually forgot you existed after our last run in. i could careless what you’ve done. i really wish you would do the same for me. but i do make it a point to take advice from those that are stronger than me. if you are in fact stronger than me i would be more than happy to get some advice. otherwise, i don’t care.
just being honest.
Hey bro, bottom line you shouldn’t give a shit about me.
You have a meet coming up. I wish you a great outing.
Go kill it. I will be watching and celebrate a good meet with you because that is the bottom line.
I guess I am trying to get in your head a little.
You train hard, let’s see you take it to some big platforms and put an exclamation point on it.

Stupid fucking ego based approach.
Like I don’t train people stronger than me. Hell, I’ve worked with women who have made me question myself. That’s what it’s all about.
That’s the desired outcome. I want everyone I work with to kick my ass.
Having said that, I fight like hell to keep them from doing it.
Big fish in a small pond is a trap.

i would LOVE to train with someone stronger than me. you don’t know me at all.
do you really want to know the reason i wouldn’t listen to you?? it’s your damn negative attitude. i have no respect for you. there’s obviously something in your life that has you all fucked up where you feel the need to come on here and bash me. I’ve NEVER done that to anyone. It’s not even something that i would think to do. You don’t have to agree with the way i train or the way i train others. I DON"T CARE!!
I’ve been at a big disadvatage my entire lifting career. I’ve been kicked out of pretty much every gym i’ve been in because they don’t like powerlifting. I’ve never had the chance to lift with a more experienced lifter. Me and the guys i train with are the only powerlifters I’ve ever trained with. We dont’ have any fancy equipement. everything we have, we bought or made. I do this because I love it. I could careless if i ever become a great lifter. I"m just happy to be making progress at times. so please… for the love of God!!! just go away and bother someone else. I’m tired of typing.

Hey fuckstick. Point out where in my post I said he’s not a cool guy.
I can promise your stupid ass that if he and I met, after we sorted shit out, we would be having beers and laughing.
No question in my mind he is a cool guy.
Next time I want to hear from you I will ask.
Until then, shut your slophole.

Hey. I’m drinking a Sierra Nevada Torpedo Extra IPA and kicking my wife’s ass in darts as we speak.
I’m chill, bro.
Chillin’ like a villain…
Erm,
Sumo deadlifts-
405 X 10- Total Rep PR for one workout
Been hiding for a while, maybe I can change the topic on one of my favorite threads back to my cheap whorey PR. Even bolded it.

No offense, but you are being entirely hypocritical for claiming meat is being hypocritical.
You attack meat for telling someone something that he isn’t backing up with his physical performance. Then when he asks for your video you claim that your teaching abilities and your actual physical performance are 2 separate areas and that people can’t use one to be-little the other.
So which is it? Are physical performance and teaching related, in which case you need to accept criticism of your teaching based on your lack performance? OR are the 2 unrelated in which case you have no right to criticize meats video based on what he was teaching someone?
When trying to call someone a hypocrite it might be a good idea to not make yourself one in the same breath.
close stance squats 315x10 +2 rep
Bench 225x9 +3 rep

Speak English, Doc. I can’t understand a word you just wrote.
The man does a good enough job defending himself. He doesn’t really need your help.
I was actually busting his balls because he takes so much time to set-up. We had a guy start training with us about 2 months ago and he was the same way. That’s probably why it stuck out so much. He would take 2-3 minutes to even approach the bar and then he would stand or sit there for another minute. He finally just all flipped out and made him stop it.
It actually made him a better lifter because he has taken a lot of the emotion/doubt/over analyzing what he is doing and just get’s after it.
The bench form thing was probably a cheap shot but MM took it in stride. Again, I don’t understand your need to come in here and call me Dimmesdale. It is strangely reminiscient of conversations I have had recently with my 9 year old who really doesn’t understand the proper application of the term.
Like I said, I am sure if we were to meet, after he sorted out wether he wants to shake my hand or take a poke at me, I suspect we would end up in a local tavern having a few and talking about training.
