Shitty cheater, baseline PR, but ill take it haha

365+every chain in the gym off of a 3 inch deficit

bodyweight is at an all time powerlifting low right now. i weighed in below 250 this morning. i want to see how high i can get my touch and go bench after doing my regular 5/3/1 training. last week i hit 495x2. today i hit 505. next week i’ll up it to 515.

thanks…yeah… it felt very comfortable. i’m going for 515 this week. my bodyweight is also down to 244 now. i’m also going to play around with my new toy the Titan Ram. it’s sort of like mark bell’s slingshot. i can’t wait to see what i can put up with it.

hit a rep PR on standing military press- 285x6. hit it at an all time low powerlifting bodyweight of 244.

Grinder but got it. 675lb single ply squat.

Actually hit this for 3 sets, hoping to hit 230kg for a single in a week or two

3rd cycle of 5/3/1 and I’m destroying pr’s left and right. I wish I found this earlier.

who says you can’t lose weight and get stronger?? i didn’t think i could but my lifts have steadily been going up. my bodyweight is sitting at 242 right now. i did my normal 5/3/1 and then hit 515 after that. the weight flew up but i setup too far up the bench and hit the right upright. luckily i was able to coax it over and lock the right side out. i think i’m good for 525 right now. here’s the vid.

and for shits and giggles, i tried out the new Titan Ram. i worked up to a fairly easy 545. the bar path is really different from my normal one though. at first it was really awkward but by the time i got to 545 i had started to get comfortable with it. it will be interesting to see what i can get out of it.

170kg (+10kg PR) raw squat:

I finally got back up to my previous squats after wrestling season. Today, I got 385x3. Plus, it felt more comfortable than the last time I did this weight.

Also, I incline benched 185 for 2 sets of 6 reps. Not that much, but my incline has always sucked and getting 185 for two sets of 6 is pretty good for me. Also, got 675 on leg press for a set of 6. Felt like I could have done slightly more.

My records aren’t all that great following MM.

finally a squat PR

325x1 PR+10lbs

2nd week of reverse band deads. body weight is down to 242 now. hit a 785 reverse band dead tonight. going to run them for one more week. i’ll attempt 800 next week, then we switch to deads with chains.

Finally broke the 500 barrier on deads:

395X3 for squat today. That is a 10 lb increase from last time. If I feel good on Wednesday, I will try 405 for 3 reps.

Hit a nice clean 385 close grip in sleeves and wrist wraps and an ugly as shit 405
both videos are in my training log.

375x3 for deadlifts today. That is pretty much it in terms of anything important.
