140kg floor press. 3 plates looked reaaal purrty on that bar.

I dropped it at the end because if I didnt, I would have done 10 more… 700 for 3:

455lb single ply bench

Hit 415 for 3 on the squat. Never had this much weight on my back before. It felt good.

I never squated before due to back injury.

235kg dead lift. +2lb PR. Not much of a pr but I’ll take it.

It felt so light I probably could have done another rep but I played it safe since the rack I use doesn’t have proper safeties.

i finally benched paused 130kg (@80kg). i still feel like i have 5kg more in me…maybe next week.

The only time I paused it was I was struggling with it and I contemplated intentionally dropping the bar on my face for missing the same weight twice.

deadlift

315 for 8 ( resetting stance for each rep)

last time I tested 5RM I got 315 ; 4th cycle of 531 brought me to hit it for 3 more reps . I dont track PRs outside the 5RM range , but this was worth mentioning .
