good job on the deads bro, 600 is definately a possibility. My max pull is 600, and I beleive my 12 rep PR is 440. just a tip though, you may want to dedicate a few weeks to peaking out that strength, as higher reps dont necessarily have direct carryover to a max lift. work on some heavy five reps sets, and 3 rep sets. also, your last DL session before maxing out Id recomend doing a few singles at 90-95%
Thanks for the advice, I’ll definitely have to throw in some triples and singles as I haven’t pulled really heavy in a while. Congrats on the squat PR, I having a feeling I might be posting one this week as well :).

The first thread filled up pretty quickly. There are a core group of guys and gals on this site that continue to make progress and aren’t afraid to post their accomplishments. Keep posting those PR’s and vids. To the rest… keep troll’n and definitely keep that porfile set to PRIVATE:)
I haven’t hit a PR in liftun’ since April 1998 so I guess that makes me the Troll King. I did however hit a PR in a standing vertical jump this week wearing an extra 45lbs of chains for a total weight of 289lbs-22 inches. When I weighed 289 lbs I could jump higher but it’s a PR because I’ve never done it weighted before. For those concerned that this is not a lift, sorry, but if it makes it ok’er I did it as part of a cns activation warm-up for snatch grip deadlifts.
Lower back = not worth much anymore

that’s not how i meant it. there will be a day that my strength PR’s will slow and stop. at that point it’s time to switch gears and go in other directions. progress isn’t always about being the strongest. as long as you are giving it all that you have then that’s progress. PR’s come in all shapes and sizes.
as for the troll’s… they know who they are. they are the one’s that think they know everything but have NOTHING to show for it. they are the haters…the negative people who just bring down everyone.

So true. FOr example, when I was deadlifting 455x2 which was no pr in weight but I did it a lot more explosive and without straps so that means I got stronger and or better.

265 Bench 5lb pr. Any suggestions for power off the chest?
Shoulder pressing. I did CT sholder spec and I went to doing 85x5 to 95x5 db sholder pressing in a matter of weeks. I bearly bench pressed and I ended up feeling the power off the chest a lot more.
DL - 362 never deadlifted before in 10+ years of training. Steadily increasing by the week.
Squat - 419.
Bench - 320.
I have been doing 531 for about 7 weeks now. I have to keep myself from loading more weight some days. I feel my body getting stronger and want to push myself.
My goals for the immediate future are a 405 DL, 450 squat, 350 Bench. I think I can get their in the next couple months. That would give me a 1200 total. Sounds like a good start.
