Nice lifts. What is your 1RM on bench?
190kg is my best

I hit a couple of deadlift PRs today. My planned third at my last meet was 165 kg (363lbs). Today I pulled 372.5lbs. I was hoping for 170 as a third at my next meet. Maybe that’ll be my second  BW 132lbs

damn, you’ll have 400 soon!

on that note, i pulled 555, +10 lb pr while 30 pounds lighter (218 bw this morning)

My best deadlift: 525lbs @ 198lbs in 2007
Last winter (first meet back after major back injury): 510lbs at 220lbs
Last week: 500x5 at 218lbs.

I should be able to destroy my alltime PR by now, this winter I’m going for broke. Aiming at high 5’s or low 6’s.

^And lo, as the spotter (meaning well) reached to grab the bar, thinking the lowly lifter was losing the bar, a loud and low rumble was heard…“DONT TAKE THE DAMN BAR!” and so even though the well meaning spotter didnt take the bar, he kept his hands at the ready, which pleased the lifter, seeing as how he had to grind out the lift and was not ok with the bar falling on top of him

405lb bench x 1

Not to be outdone by DF:

Bench 405x1 [b]PR+20 Pounds[b]

325 Bench: 20lb PR.
465 Deadlift: 10lb PR.
295 Seated Overhead press from pins (set at top of my head): 10lb PR

All three of these have been this week. hopefully i’ll PR squats tonight.

Deadlift: 470 lbs for 5, @ 179 lbs. 10 lb PR.

video in log about half way down on that page.

Also hit 250 for 3 on bench which is a new PR, both rep and max weight lifted.

Hit 225x5 (+10 lb PR) on standing military press yesterday.

That’s the first PR on a main lift I’ve had in a long, long time. Felt good.

No video though, so technically it never happened.

910 reverse band DL. 10lb PR at a 25lb lighter bodyweight.
What bands?
The monsters suspended at 25 feet. 910 was actually hanging 4 feet off the ground when I pulled it off the ground.

RDL’s- 655x6<~~~ 10lb pr and much more solid than 645 was.

I tried this once, but when I let go of the weight it sprung up and knocked out a couple of teeth so I don’t do the 25 footers anymore.

Visualizing that happening to someone just made me laugh out loud.

I was really using a set of average bands set at about 7 feet. Takes 155 off the bottom and hardly anything off the top.

I destroyed 418 tonight on squat. Then went for 440 and leaned too far forward coming out of the hole. I’ll definitely get it next time.

Raw SSB- 515x1- 5lb pr… oh yea, and a bodyweight pr since I’ve been dieting- 248.6. 32lbs in 10 weeks.

335X1X20 High bar oly squats sleeves and belt @ 245
Absolutely fried.

since starting 5/3/1 i haven’t had any weight PR’s to speak of. i’m getting ready for a full meet coming up at the end of October so i’ve been throwing in some singles after my working sets. today i hit a 10lb PR on reverse grip bench- 485x1. next week i’ll move that up to 500lbs. i also hit 305lbs on strict standing military presses. that was a 5lb weight PR. hopefully i’ll move that up to 310-315 this week.

here’s the vid of the reverse grip bench.
