Pulled 450 for a double @ 208lbs last Monday. I’d like to get 495 (with the cookies on the side so 500#) for a single by late fall/Christmas and stay around the same bodyweight.

Pulled 460 for 4 this week raw no straps. Grip still is failing on me though I can tell my back and legs are tiring out more so and it’s not just my grip that is the cause of failure where that used to be the case.
Benched 245 for 3. New PR.
MP 185 for 3, new PR.
Pull ups with fat grips + 90 lbs BW for 3 = PR with FGs.

Some days ago, I hit a new rep PR in the deadlift. Nine reps with 200kg (approx. 440lbs).
Back Squat
250kg x 1 (wraps and high) + 10kg
205kg x 4 (+1 rep and lol on first rep)
Bench Press
180kg x 1 Raw pretty sure best this year.
i hit 117,5kg for 5 on the front squat today after i nailed 115 on saturday. all-time-PR. hopefully i can post a 150kg front-squat by the ende of the year
