Not an all time PR but this is my best since I broke my back. At the end I was talking about how crappy my form progressively got throughout the exercise. haha.
So far my best is 275 back squat atg and 335 deadlift. I aim to improve these numbers greatly in the next 6 months.
I got two sets of 5 reps for DB Bench with the 100. It know it’s not a lot, but my best ever has only been 1 set of 5 reps with the 100s.
300 lb x1 on Bench press. Touch and go. I know its baby weight for most of you guys, but i’m proud of it being I only weigh 169lbs. Shootin for 305 this coming weekend. Previous record was 275.

Congratulations man! What did you change about your tech? Or was it just removing the belt?
took my hands “2 fingers wider” on both sides. Was only not wearing a belt because i left it at another gym i train at and am waiting for it to be sent back to me.
I was always told to get my hands as close together as poss to keep upper back tight etc, but i think by putting them too close together made me fail every squat by goodmorning it.
If i hit 225kg that will be 100lbs improvement over a month from a small tech change which is ridiculous.
how much do you all think adding a belt and learning wraps could add? another 100lbs? ![]()
165kg(363,8lbs) bench press at 78,5kg(173lbs) bodyweight. Hope to press 170kg(374,8lbs) before the this year ends…
i got a 585lb deadlift for singles PR tonight which i am very proud of !
Just for the fun of it, I tried to max out with 130kg (286,6lbs) today. My bodyweight is approx. 79kg at the moment (which is approx. 174,2lbs)

Well, I guess I’m more of a squatting machine than a benching machine. I’ve squatted 225kg raw and 10x175kg raw, but only benched 165kg without a shirt.

Press 185x1 (no push, no standing incline bench)
seated DB press 100x1
Deadlift 315x2 (feels like my legs and back have more in them, but the grip gives out)
Squat 225x5 (ass to calves)
No use of wraps, belts, shirts, gloves, etc., on any lift.

425x3 Pause on Flat Bench (20 lbs more than my best triple)
6 Pull-Ups (Because I am soooo fat) I actually did more in the army but that was 10+ years and 100+ lbs ago.
