5 lb PR

500 deadlift today. I’ve done 485 before and thought it would be easier, but I was barely able to lock out.

Sorry for the video junkies, I will try to get a camera this summer to get some PR videos to upload.

I used 35s instead of 45, so I think its is at least 2 inches shorter.

ha thanks fellas…I have thought about throwing my hat out there to see what i could do, but I honestly have no idea where to start or anything…Maybe in the future thought. Thanks again for the kind words fellas…

Deadlifted 405 X 5 today. Pulled 440 my last meet 4 months ago. At that time I could only do 385 X 3. Can’t wait to test my max.

went in with the goal of hitting 220 for 2 off of 1 board…for a 5 lb PR .

worked up and hit the 220 x 2 quite easily , and my lift off guy rides me to take another . so I rack up 230 , figuring on hitting a 1RM PR (5 lbs over the current , but old , 225) .

well , slather my lame white ass in BenGay if I didnt hit that bitch for a double .

15 lb PR…completely un-heard of for the bench until tonight .

It was dirty, but the weight did come up. Bust your ass and do it perfect and put a new vid, you got it bud.
