I have that issue also . it takes me a good 3 weeks of ramping to get up into 5RM PR range squatting .

A bunch of new prs in past 4 weeks.
Bench max: 315 and 275 5x
Standing military: 185x5
Deadlift: 475 x1

bench: 365x1 +15 lb PR

shirted 4" board- 495 x 2
RAW 4" board 365 lb + 27 lbs of chain x 1
floor press 345 x 3

today 150lbs x 6 OHP - finally moving away from the 126lb range

385 for 3 reps on squat.

dumbel press 100x8x2 sets

thats 3 reps +1 set pr

3 PR’s…one session

2 board press (no bounce/slight pause)

220 x 3

230 x 2

240 x 1

all 5 lbs over the previous number

DLed 455x4 w/ belt. This was after max squats. I generally dont do DL reps but this was the first time Ive done 455 for more than one. Will get a few more next time

Bench: 265x9 10lb PR
Squat: 345x6 3 Rep PR
Deadlift: 345x10 20lb PR
Military: 150x9 1 rep PR
Pull ups: 70lbx3 2 rep PR

I PR’ed every one of my major lifts. I guess it wasnt a bad week.

Worked up to a 525 single on the deadlift (avatar pic). In 4 weeks I’m going to have a go @ 545

deadlift from 6cm block 200 kilos and 12x160 kilos with straps, really happy with these

i finally got my 200kg deadlift @80kg. i think i have more in me but i wont test it until im confident enough to get the 210kg

Bench Press

100kg x 27 (+7 rep PB)

Had my first go at the SSB today so automatic PR yay!
225x5 ssb close stance to low box(2" below parallel)
definitely brought out all my weaknesses with the ssb.

Hit 220kg deadlift last night, thats up from 182.5kg at the beggining of the year

Floor Press(thumbs from the smooth) 205x5reps

180kg squat x 8.5 (+1.5 kg PB)

PB Back Squat on saturday 180kg x 8.5 (
1.5 reps possibly quarter squat at the end I’m calling it a half however)

This morning I pulled a 475 lb deadlift 70 lb PR! Can’t wait to get 500.
