Front squat 305, 30 pound PR.
Major PR whoring right here considering I never do front squats.
I did 300 right before this thinking I was taping it but I have lifter brains and forgot to hit the switch to change from pictures to videos.

All I got was 275 for 2x10 on squats (I tried a new stance and it seems to be helping me with power) and 195x10 for bench. I fixed my foot position, so I can push through my legs more once I need to. Also, it helps keep my arch. Those are it though. Not much.

Took about a year 1/2 off from lifting, my first day back I squated 325…meh
Yesterday hit 410 up top with SSB and about 60lbs of chains completly raw, no belt or anything. Not a PR but its coming back fast. Going to max again in a cupple of weeks and Ill try to put up some videos. But 75lb+ in 6 weeks, not to bad.

Not an actual PR but it was my first real deadlift session in a couple months (strained erector). It felt really light and my back felt great. It feels good to be pulling again.
Was my first cycle back on 5/3/1+ day for DL after taking a couple hiatus. Was supposed to do 360X1+ and I managed to pull it 8 times. Felt great overall, time to head after that 495 pull.
Bench (not paused) 315 x 11 PR+1rep
DL 405 x 5 off of one inch mats in work clothes and flat soled jordans. Belt and chalk only.
hit 405lbs/185kg for 6 reps on rack deadlift today
