1x380 on the close grip bench today (+5lb) after doing some two board work.
Touch and go bench
325x10 PR + 10 lbs
This isn’t a PR in terms of weight lifted or reps, but it is damn close and with VASTLY improved technique.
Yesterday:
Top half bench from pins: 305x3 (10lb PR)
Bench: 295x3 (10lb PR)
Floor Press: 265x3(10lb PR) & 225x12 (2rep PR)
I should have some more PR’s after tonight… hopefully.
RDL’s: 500x12
Hammer Strength Leg Press: 600x15
Rack Pull: 335x12
Deadlift 420x2 10lbs PR

I think the point we’re trying to make is that isn’t exactly a barbell row. You are exploding up with your legs and lower back then dipping your upper body down while flexing the elbows. It’s more akin to some form of a clean than a row. I don’t think you’re quite ready for rows at 225 yet.

I got 295 for 5 reps on RDL today. Felt a little easier than I thought it would though.
315x1 Front Squat Paused off a Low Box.
It was really, really slow, and right at the point where I was just about to dump it, it started going up. I had a big grin on my face afterwards.
Deadlift = 210kgs
Bench = 125kgs
Squat = 100kgs
BW = 110kgs
