How does that compare to your raw lift?

So different it isn’t even funny that 200 was easy but I didn’t want to push it.

245x5x2 sets (+10 lbs)
Well, I just got off consecutive football and wrestling seasons, which was about 7 months, so right now, I am just trying to get my lifts back up to where they were before sports started. My clean and squat are doing pretty good. My clean is 260lbs right now (was 270 during maxing), but the weight feels much lighter than I though it would. I did 355lbs x 3 for squats. Again, the weight felt easier than I though. Bench is still pretty weak at only 225 x 2.
Deadlift 425x5x5 off 4" Blocks w/ hook grip. I’m used to working up to 1 heavy set but 3 week in and I’m handling the volume well. Previous best was 425x8x1 Halting. Aside from grip issues last couple sets, it felt easy enough. +10lbs next week.
low box squat
275 x 5…40 pound PR over last week !
today’s plan was to hit a 5RM PR of 255 for 5 (20 pounds over last week) , and then see what I could do with 275 or 285 (previous best 1RM was 295 from last winter). so I hit the 255 with room to spare , and loaded up the 275…and god damn took that bitch for a fucking ride . honestly think that with better spacing between sets I got a shot at 295 for 5 … 3 for sure .
seem to be enjoying a strength surge lately .
extremely stoked right now…puttin’ down a bowl of chili as I type , to be followed up with wings later .

Deadlift
262 kg x 1 (+2 kg PB)
Yesterday, march 9th 2010. 400 lbs dead, 173 bw, personal record (180kg/78kg bw). Pretty proud.
Tomorrow, bench PR test day…
bench night-
speed bench against bands- we decided to just keep adding weight until we hit a wall with the bands. i was pleasantly suprised at how high i was able to move up before the bar slowed down. i think i still had a little more in me. all are cheap PR’s since i’ve never done band work like this before:)
365x1
405x1
425x1
High Anderson Squat (pin 6 - 4" abv par.)
430x1 (PR +20lbs)
Low Anderson Squat (pin 4 - 4" below par.)
320x1 (matched max weight - +30 over last time)
I’ll pop at least 10lbs more on each next week, I’m sure.
All I got today a front squat PR and a DB bench PR. For front squats, I did a set of 10 with 185lbs, and then two sets of 10 with 205 lbs. Then with DB bench, I got 90lbs for 8 (good) reps.

Deadlift - 200kg/440lb x10 (beltless)
Pretty freaking happy with that, was fairly comfortable too.
And it was after squatting 420 5x5 on Wednesday, pulling 415 x10 on Thursday, squatting 440 2x3 on Saturday, pulling 420 x10 on saturday and squatting 440 4x3 on Wednesday.
Who says volume will kill ya?
