I didn’t have videos of bench in this thread because it is a personal record thread hangs head in shame haha…Nah, I barely missed PR in the bench. Lost my tightness on the way down and couldn’t recover.
fighting_fires, black label, DixiesFinest, GunShow, & Joey: Thank you guys for the props. I worked really hard for that and I hope you are right that I have a lot of untapped potential haha. Definitely going for Class I on my next meet, so I’ll keep everybody posted!

I’ve never been a good gym deadlifter. My gym PR was 635, so 675 was a good PR. I always hit quite a bit more at the meet.

I cleaned it and I’ve pressed out of the rack but never done both.

box squat (parrelel or a bit lower)…235 x 5 (with room to spare/next week)
thats a cheap PR as I havent done them in a while . a sign of progress non the less .
full ROM bench / 5RM…200 x 5 (finally) . the bar remained even on each rep ; another sign of progress .
220 x 1 (touch & press)…again , the bar remained even .
after a year and a half of dumb bell work , I think my left arm/shoulder is almost caught up to my right . 'bout damn time . bench is moving…more PR’s to come !
Ok, So I am a panzy ass at the moment and I’m not going to talk or even take into consideration former glory. BUT, I figured I would jump on board with my current PR’s. I’m in my 5/3/1 week of my first 5/3/1 cycle. I weigh about 195-200 lbs depending on the size of the deuce I dropped on that particular day, lol. I have had experience in small, unsanctioned PL meets, done some crossfit, some RKC stuff and currently train BJJ ~10-12 hours per week.
OHP: 135x6 reps (done today)
Deadlift: 410x11 reps (done last week)
Squat: 315x6 (done friday - last week)
Bench: 230x7 (done last Wed)
I’ll update as I break records… as often as possible.

highlights from IBN.
reverse grip bench- paused - 455x1 +30lb PR from last week
reverse grip bench - touch and go - 475x1 +50lbs from last week.
next week we start part two of this bench cycle. hopefully at the end of the cycle i’ll be hitting 495 or so with the reverse grip and hitting a triple with 455.

585 deadlift, 20# pr for conventional pulling.
