220kg Back Squat (5 Euro Wheels BABY!) +5kg PB

Worked up to 1RM for the 1st time this week
(previous best triples in brackets)

Deadlift: 325 lbs (285 x 3)
Bench: 170, tried to jump to 185 and failed twice, fml (165 x 3)
Squat: 235 (195 x 3)

i’ll attempt 295 on bench tomorrow and i WILL get 425 on deadlift tuesday. suppose i’ll have to post vids or pics as evidence.

i got into a mean race this morning with my little girl at Pee Wee Sports playing a heated game of Red light/Green light. unfortunately no video evidence so it didn’t happen.

160kg PB ( 5kg)

some PR’s from tonight…

rack lockouts- 655x1 +20lb PR

reverse grip bench press- paused- 405x4… first time doing these.

Guess who’s work’n out.

Pulled 405 with 120 lbs of chains on Sumo dead (dont know how much of a PR, buts its a pr!) and i compete conventional, very happy with that. Best conv. dead to date is 540 in competition. I will have the start making some videos if i can find a camcorder around the house somewhere.

hit a 675 elevated sumo dead tonight. i effing hate these. it’s right at my sticking point and with no momentum from the floor the start is a grind and the entire lift is slow and painful.

watching the vid my hips come up fast but i was able to stick with it and finish. i’ll keep working on forcing the knees as i start the lift.

hopefully with my speed off the floor this will be setting me up for a dead of around 700. bodyweight -245 this mornning.
