Kinda late, but I hit 205 on the Push Press on Jan 1st. 10lb PR. Haven’t trained that lift for 6 months. BW 175+ now.

My hamstrings were still a little sore from pulling earlier in the week. I’m finally getting the hang of not falling forward with heavier weights.

Rack Pull from right at/little below the knee - 700lbs x1. No video, got a picture TommyToughNuts took. Thats me sitting on the bar. TTN also hit a pr of 515 lbs if I am remembering correctly, but he didnt take a picture of it. Before someone asks, yes, I did use simple wrist wraps to hit 700lbs. My grip was shot by that point.
200kg deadlift at 84kg. This is an equal PR but I didn’t get video the first time round, which was just before Xmas.
205kg deadlift at 84kg. This has been my 5/3/1 deload week, but I got a new belt yesterday so decided to give it a test run. Heaviest I pulled this cycle was 170/3.
Not sure if this is a pr 'cause I’ve never done 'em weighted [and only done 'em 3 times total], but here’s rope pull-ups with a 40lb weight vest. Sorry about the angle.
Hit a nice PR in the deadlift today. 4 reps with 405. I struggled for a long time, 11 months, to break 1x405, and now that I have, it feels like easy weight.
Just a belt and chalk.

Bench: 380 (+5 lbs)
Deadlift: 545 (+20 lbs)
Squat: 515 (+40 lbs)
