I’m no where near some of you, but I just did 305 pounds x 12 in deadlift. I’m pretty sure that’s a big step up from my previous PR of 355 x 3. I’m cutting right now, so I’m doing reps of 10, followed by max reps for the last set. So I won’t find out my low rep max for several more weeks.

I hope to hit 325 x 10 (or more) before I’m done cutting… Not because that makes good sense. Just because it’ll be sweet to do high rep sets with 3 big plates on each end of the bar.

Finally got my 300 deadlift!

bench: 300x2 +15lbs and 1 rep :slight_smile:

floor pressing: 205x5,5,5,5,5,5 +10 pounds -1 rep per set +1 set still light this week, these are complimenting my regular bench nicely

tonight was a great end to a really productive bench cycle. i had a hard time getting psyched so i got one of my training partners to give me a good crack across the face. it did just the trick. i just wish i had gotten it on video. anyway… here’s the vid of my 545 foam press

Hi, name is Rich. Been lifting 4-5 years. Saw alot of stagnation in the past 2 (mostly lifting 2 days a week, bieng a fighter and all)

Started madcows int 5x5. 5rm on squats and deads 330. 5rm bench 225. bw 155.

Currently sq and dead 5rm 385 and counting, bench 265 and counting. Pretty please with that and still progressing.

That’s my goal for my current DEADLIFT cycle.

another awesome night. lower back is feel’n great. hit up the reverse band squats. my plan was to work up to 715 for two sets of two. hit the first set and then decided to go for a heavy single. moved up to 745. this is the most weight i’ve ever had on my shoulders. i felt every pound. the way we set these up the bands don’t take off anything substantial at the top and about 100 at depth.

Volume PR: Squat 405 7x3 with just a belt and about 2 minutes between sets

most reps I’ve done it a workout @ 405. It’s a cheap PR but I haven’t had one to post in a while.

120kgx3 and 125kgx1 in the bench today…
