Deadlift: 112 kg for 9 reps (+8 PR) 3 weeks ago, which was on 5/3/1 week of Wendler’s 5/3/1 program, and my first week with > 100kg for the deadlift.
Bench: 61 kg for 11 reps (+2 PR) 1 week ago.
Front Squat: 74 kg for 11 reps (+4 PR) 1 week ago.
MP: 41 kg for 9 reps (+3 PR) 3 weeks ago.

This week was a ME week for me, havent done one of these since my meet in july
monday I squatted 405, a little high and with knee wraps and belt out of the mono, so Ill have to work on that
Today I benched 275x2, i was hapier than a pig in shit. that is a 20 lb pr for me. my set up is as solid as it has ever been.
Friday ill be maxing out on deads, ill post it with hopefully a vid this time.
