hit 170lb x8 in db rows…was aweome cause it wasnt just a reps pr…it was also done with really good form…

I finally made my goal of a 200kg totally raw squat the other week. I managed 205kg (451lbs)
325 for a single/deadlift …no belt
left a few pounds on the mat . next time .
( I’ve been doing 531 ,still in early stages , and way too lazy to track all the rep PR’s . so I only post 5RMs or better . so it will be a couple months before I see that weight …but I feel a series of bench PRs comin’ ! )
squat: 250 x 16

Deadlift:
465 X 1
felt real nice to get a weight PR. hoo-fraking-rah!
Trap Bar Deadlift:
545 x 1
I have never gone heavy with this. I guess the closest thing would be picking up 255lb Farmer’s Walk handles.
Power Cleaned 110kg x3 today. Happy enough with that.
Have no idea if this is a pr 'cause this was the first time I’ve ever done 'em.
Felt like I had at least one maybe two more in me. Most I’ve ever conventional pulled was 455. 5’9" and about 175.

yea u def had a couple more reps in ya… trap-bar is easier for most people cause it is somewhat more like a squat.

DL 435, +30 lbs.
Bench 245x5, +1 rep
OH press 155x4, +10 lbs.
Will hopefully be setting some new PR’s on the squat next week.

Yeah man, it’s been a good while since I’ve deaded but these felt “smoother” than conventional pulls. Gonna stick with these for a bit.
Bench 265x5 +1 rep
Couple new maxes.
Deadlifts- 1 RM 435X1 (up 15 lbs) and Widow Maker 315X16 (up 20 lbs)
Box Squats to Parallel- Widow Maker 245X20 (+2 reps, time to bump it to 265)
Also tried Rackpulling today for first time in ages(6.5 inches off the ground). 455X3. Tried for 495 and only got it half way up.
bench 110 kg x5 for 2 sets…
miss 122.5 …but it will fall next week…
