Last week:

375x3 DL, not to bad.

255 bench paused. Never do pause work, and this was after a bench session.

I front squatted 215 lb for 10 reps

1 of my goals is 315 for 10

Couldnt keep tight as my left elbow was fucked from wood chopping, couldnt drive it under the bar properly

Been a while but in my third week back deadlifting.

405x7 deadlift.
Hopefully with muscle memory I’ll be at 455x10 in 5-6 weeks.

Took 4 upskirt shots today, old best was two. I’m gonna continue to train hard though!

Standing Overhead Press 175x1 (+30 pounds)

This is after 4 waves of 5/3/1, my press increased 30 pounds, I was pretty stoked, I am going to be testing all my 1RM’s this week, so hopefully I get some good numbers.

Deadlift:

220kg x 3, 232.5kg x 1

no vid of the 220 x 3, lots more in the 232.5 but wanted a little PR
