Agree that going from mid-250s to 265 is probably not advisable, but Marz that is great progress and big congrats man.
One other thing to be mindful of, Marz, is that because you were once very overweight, those fat cells will always be there, which will presumably make keeping things somewhat in line more important.
Even being overweight, the human body doesn’t create more fat cells outside of extreme situations past adolescence.
If he was over 300lbs maybe…but not from just being chubby.

Lets all be honest here… The “Full house” look is just a made up term for chubby.
If guys prefer to not do cardio and diet and want to carry an extra layer of fat then so be it but making up a new term for it isn’t fooling anyone.
Anyway… Marz, I think the added benifits from pushing your weight up from 257-265 will be virtually nill. If your plan is to just “bulk up” 8 more pounds then cut, why not just cut now? How much muscle do you think you’ll put on with that added 8 lbs? You’re already a big guy. When you’re already carrying a good amount of muscle, and aren’t a newb, the amount that you can realistically hope to gain is minimal.
Look at the very detailed contest prep log of The Mighty Stu. He put on 3 lbs in a year? (Something like that)
Unless you’re using AAS. In that case you can disregard most of my post lol.
Funny you should say that, i started AAS 3 weeks ago not tryna hide it, not guna lie about it. My log is over in the steroid section. I’ve gained 22lbs in the last 3 weeks and a 1/2 inch on my waist.

Then keep doing what you are and blow past everyone else here telling you to drop weight now.
LOL.
My guess is, your “after” pics will blow some people away.

22lbs in 3 weeks while losing half an inch? Hell yeah man, that’s awesome!
In that case you can disregard my post lol. I’m sure that if you pay a little more attention to your diet I’m sure you could do a bit of “re-comping” and look significantly different at your current weight.

Thats the plan, guna gain for the next 5 weeks, i have a bit of OCD checking my waist, the mirror to keep check of my fat gain and its been minimal so far.
Final 4 weeks of my cycle, guna reel in the cals and add cardio. Hopefully in by the end of April i will look a whole lot different.
Since no one is really specifying the parameters of the discussion (e.g., definitions), this is (will be) only a pointless back and forth again, and no proper discussion.

Ye i’m trying my best to keep things in check - yesterday’s groceries contained 6lbs of rice and 25lbs of skinless chicken breasts!

Any other effects from the estrogen blocker alone?

I love to play basketball and am great at it. I don’t see how you can say that me sticking back at halfcourt on defense because it’s too exhausting, makes me a bad player.
Marzouk are you going to be on cycle during your cut? You definitely have potential to look like Paulie 2.0

Not that i noticed no, i was taking Armimidex and had no other effects from it. (still taking this while on cycle)

First 4 weeks of my cut i will, so i plan on hitting it hard while i’m on cycle.

If you see the full house look to be and end product, youre not bodybuilding imo. It’s half the equation. Nothing wrong with that though.
Agreed.
Further, I also believe that being leaner is unquestionably healthier than carrying the ‘full house’ frame.
But again, we’re still very much in the realm of ‘subjective priorities and preferences.’

Well, the real problem is that not everyone agrees with your opinion. I do not consider “full house” to be “chubby”.
Maybe if more realized that not everyone agrees with their strict definitions, there will be less arguments here.
In the MEDICAL/HEALTHCARE community, 25% bodyfat is considered obese. What does that say about 20 to 24%? That it’s chubby/fat. (BMI is disregarded for athletes and lifters).
If someone doesn’t mind being chubby, so be it. Nothing wrong with that preference.
If someone doesn’t mind being obese and doesn’t make a public nuisance of themselves (eg, become disabled and need care because of their preference and intended actions–overeating) then that’s fine too.
