left, 225, right 170-175.

was a miserable experience, but it was my own fault for being so out of shape.

miserable, but it got it done, Shelby killed me, and im happier than ever before that i worked with him… can’t even tell you how happy.

4 years to get that fat… 13 weeks to lose it, thanks to him. Now im working with him in the offseason for 52 weeks and loving every second of it

guy is an incredible asset
Great job mate, well done. Were you using any other gear like T3, clen, DNP in your cut? Im entering week 6 of my cut and ive just entered the ‘oohhh no im shrinking’ period. In the past this is where i usually fall off and start bulking again

Gota keep going though.
clen and t3
I’ve actually got some t3 laying around that I got for a friend who never used it. Currently at the beginning of my cut. How much did t3 seem to expediate your fat loss?
dont use it unless you are on AAS…

that being said, t3 is very potent for fat loss
I’m just on 600mg test e at the moment. Tried tren, can’t do it, too much anxiety lol. Mind if I ask what you ran for that cut?
test/tren

You may or may not be at a point to throw breaks on and maybe clean up diet a bit, but that as usual should be based on the actual progress you are making, NOT just how you look right now.

Honestly, people would have to be blind to not see the amount of muscle you have gained since you last posted pics.

Overall, you did very well.

Not trying to piss in your cornflakes, just being honest.

You will look good if you get lean, but don’t be surprised if you end up a lot lighter than you think. You look like you are carrying a good deal of fat.

Excellent.

That is a tremendously different physique from a year or so ago - fat or not.

Big progress.

Then by all means, keep going, it’s clear he’s added a lot of it already. Just noting that when he goes to get lean that he will look awesome, BUT it might mean getting lighter than he thinks.

That’s everybody…and the really swole people who stand out pushed the limits and possibly let the “great abs” look slide for a while as long as the progress justifies it.

I just think it is odd that comments like this come up when people say they are trying to get bigger.

I carry most of my fat around my guy and upper thigh, must be my middle eastern genes.

Wana gain some more muscle at the moment, doing it as clean as possible, whole milk post workout seems to be doing the job pretty well at the moment.

Waist at largest (naval) is 41 at the moment which is too big, but 6 months ago i was 235 with a 45 inch waist so thats progress.

Arms are 18 3/4 in the morning cold as well.

I didn’t mean it to sound like he was doing it wrong. I actually think he could look really good. He should just be prepared that it might mean looking good after losing 65 pounds.

DEfinitely looking bigger marzouk. Obvioulsy carrying quite a bit of fat, but looks like there is some quality size under there. Like others have said, no need to get up to 265 just to hit that number alone. Gonna be a lot of wieght to lose cutting. Good luck.

but, what if his goal is to have a great physique?- if thats the case id say he’s hit the ceiling (or gone over) for allotted fat gain in the name of gaining muscle…but thats just my opinion

After reading about paulie and other guys cuts on this site - im not expecting abs until 200 ish i guess. Although i soend about 3 days a year not wearing a shirt so abs arent a massive goal, having muscle and being relatively lean is my goal. Around 12% i guess.

being a true 10% won’t be sustainable for me, will take a whole lotta work to get there yeah ill look good for a few weeks but who cares? Keeping it for nothing and not earning me any cash seems like a pointless exercise.

Yeah i see where ur coming from, might try n phase the calories off a little bit and see what happens. been dieting most of my life (and failing) so never actually tried to gain mass before, been quite a pleasant experience, getting stronger and gaining mass.

Thanks btw, actually mean something especially from you!

I agree that it is often a surprise to see how much muscle is actually there. I have experienced that. It is also simply a part of the process unless your goal is to look like “the average gym built body”. No one gets really huge by playing it safe in all areas…unless they are a true genetic freak.

Why would pushing to get heavier now keep him from an ultimate goal of a great physique?
