Think You Are Big But Just Fat

the leaner you get, the larger your cawk will appear. Also, I’m guessing a large percent of guys here started lifting mostly for the ladies, and then that changed as they progressed.

doubleduce what are your plans now? you look great

LOL. yeah. I went from a 36-38 pant waist to a loose 32. Those are actually some of my better fitting pants and I still have a hard time keeping them under the belt.
This is funny. Like what else is a better acceptable answer? I lift for other dudes to be jealous. No wait, I lift for myself because I love challenging myself(you mean staring in the mirror).

If your main reason is aesthetics, you are lifting to look better for yourself and others. All others. Otherwise you would powerlift. Or crossfit. …Or not lift.

will you guys please leave this thread?

Your opinion is valid. I just don’t care right now. I know what my short term and long term goals are already. I know where I plan to be in what month. Just because I don’t post that in detail here doesn’t mean there are no plans.

many things I won’t write here because this site attracts too many people just here to argue no matter what gets written.

No one gets to this size without MUCH care in what gets eaten and lifted and when.
Fair enough. You probably know what’s best for you, and for all I know I may simply be reiterating something you already know and plan on doing soon anyways.

I’m just trying to look at it from a standpoint of, I know myself, at 6’2" and a kind of leanish 195 lbs, if I came on here saying “I’m going to go on a cut”, you’d probably say that’s not the best idea. Because I’d cut for 2-3 months, whatever, and the amount of ‘progress’ I will have made to my physique in that time will not be congruent with what I think most people’s goals are here: to be a big, lean dude who can lift heavy things. The progress I could make gaining wise (at my level of development at least) FAR out weighs how much progress I’d make cutting in regards to my goal right?

I guess I feel the same about you, just gaining 2-3 lbs of LBM in 2-3 months < cutting 15-20lbs of BF in helping you achieve the “holy shit” look that you want.

Regardless, good luck with your goals whatever they may be.

Lifting for chicks is gay? Ironic.

LOL. I am guessing most of us started for that reason.

Some people just like telling others how “insecure” they supposedly are…which is oddly very insecure.

Just finished taking a break from actively cutting and am looking to drive down into diced territory. Not completely leaned out yet.

Long term goals, balance out my physique, get my back healed and maybe do a powerlifting comp at 181 shooting for 2xbw bench, 2.5 to 3xbw squat and 3+ x bw deadlift.

Does it matter where the picture is from? It doesn’t represent what anyone here is speaking of.

Maybe it was funny to you.

I am sure it wasn’t to the man you responded to.

Wannabebig is me in the third person?

He responded to you that it was not muscular or big. You gave him some nonsense about where the pic was from.

Stay on topic.

I wasn’t sure if you we’re referring to the person the picture was initial a response to (you) or WannaBe.

I’m more on topic than you dog.

It’s rule # 4 from the playbook.

 1. Repeatedly quote the few who agree with him as proof that he is correct and say “good post” & “great points.”

IT’S A TRAP!

It was really just a sidebar…it wasn’t the main point of why I lift weights, again it was just to illustrate that I am going for the “fat full house” look and my wife likes it as well.

Last I remember, you were/are more of a strength oriented athlete anyway right? Still doing PL Meets? Have you hit a paused 405 yet? (Haven’t checked your log in forever)
