Was reading Christian’s programe for hard gainers II and on the 2nd days of upper and lower bodys supersets.
my question is as my gym is small and prety crap so supersets sometimes can be hard due to people being on some equipment so if I can’t do as a superset and just done 5 sets of one excercise then went on to do the 5 sets of the other excercise would this ruin the program being so effective?
