Supersets and Days

First post here, Long time lurker.

So I’ve been lifting on and off for about 3 years now (did bro lifts in my bedroom as a teen) now I’m into real bodybuilding. Started off with a full body routing and was at it for about 8 months before full body routine became too much for me. Anyhow by chance I found the 12 week Superhero programme on one a YouTube video (The workout was recommended in a video by OmarIsuf, love his videos)

Anyways I looked into it and I love the look of it. However, I have some problems which could be quite problematic, I just want some opinions on this Supersets. My gym is extremely busy whenever I go and is extremely small, there is no way I would be able to superset a DB bench press with a lat pull down, as the bench and the lat machine are in the opposite sides of the gym and I can’t just hog it for myself. Is there anyway to get around this.

Problem number 2; the programme working out on the 6th day (On-On-Off-On-Off-On-Off), However due to a busy schedule, that would be very hard for me. If possible, would I be able to work on the 5th day, so ON-ON-OFF-ON-ON-OFF-OFF, instead of resting for the 5th day, do the 6th day workout on the 5th?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I’m really excited to get stuck into this workout cos I’ve been hearing awesome things about it and I’ve been demotivated for quite some while but looking at this programme has brought my motivation back up again

Bump?

Here’s a few tips:

  1. Never “bump” one of your posts. CT finds that rude.
  2. Change the super sets to exercises you can pair next to each other. So:
DB Bench and DB Rows, Pull downs and Shoulder Presses, Tricep Cable Pushdowns and Bicep Cable Curls, etc.
    Or
Workout out at a time it is not busy.
  3. Nothing wrong with changing the exercise days as long as the workout before doesn’t hamper the workout later.

Hope this helps.

Sorry about the bump

What do you mean hamper? How would I know if the day before may hamper the workout later, unless ofcourse you mean through trial and error?

For example I’m thinking of moving my Saturday workout to Friday for the whole programme, On, On, Off, On, On, Off, Off.
