Is it absolutely necessary to follow the supersets designed in the program? the reason i ask is because at my gym its hard to superset some of the exercises due to the fact that the equipment is so far apart (i go to my colleges gym) and there are a lot of people in there using it. Could i be gaining the same muscle growth from just doing the exercises separately?
anyone have some good input on this?
go to the gym early doing supersets will speed up the fatloss process
But you really don’t wanna lift first thing in the morning without eating something, fat loss or not. Most people wake up in a catabolic state, not a state you wanna go lift in everyday unless you wanna lose muscle and strength along with the fat.
Be creative, use DB. Bring the DB close to the rack/equipment. Supersets are gold and should not be avoided due to mere inconvenience.
First off don’t listen to dyskee he has no idea what he is talking about
Supersets are used in programs for specific reasons and one of them is not to speed up the fat loss process. Either a pre-fatigue is used to help the lifter focus on contracting the muscle on the compound movement or a post-fatigue to help completely destroy the targeted muscle.
If they are in a pre designed program they are probably in there for a reason, but if you just threw them into your workout without having a clue maybe you shouldn’t be using them.
