Has anybody had problems with having pain in their TFL? If so, how have you corrected the discomfort? I have tried massages, but they have not been successful in eliminating the pain. I have been squatting for about 15 years now, and during the last 5 years or so, I have developed pain in the sides of my legs anytime I squat, in particular as I am going down.
The pain eventually goes away after the first 3 or 4 sets of squats. I say that I have injured my TFL because this is what several chiropractors I have visited with said is the problem. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.
