This question has probably been asked and rehashed several times, but I am failing to find it anywhere on the board… DOH!
Regarding T2 dosage - the bottle says no more than three caps per day, and when I wrote to service@biotest-online.com to ask several questions about T2, part of the response was “Lightheadedness or a change in sleep patterns is a sign that you’re taking too much T2.” So, should it be safe to gradually up the dosage beyond what the label says, so long as I don’t experience either of the above side effects? If it is safe, how about effective? It’d be great if one of the experts could chime in on this. I’ve got the impression that it would be pretty safe to take considerably more T2 daily, providing that the dosage was increased gradually and no side effects were noted. But, assuming that it is safe, I don’t want to throw my money away if it won’t be any more effective that the 3 caps/day.
Okay, fine… how about some one who is not an “expert”… have any of you maniacs out there taked 9 or 10 or more (?) caps of T2 a day for more than a day or two… and, if so, what’d it do to you? If it made your nuts fall off, please warn me, k? :o)
I’ve read that article, and I thought it was good and raised some valid points. I just didn’t know what anyone else’s experience with T2 had been, or if T2 was one of those few things that I SHOULDN’T experiment on myself with.
For example: Being on a ketogenic diet is good for fat loss… Aaaand that type of diet gets it’s name from “ketones”, of which ACETONE is one. However, “upping” your ketones by gradually adding some acetone to your GROW! is a very very bad idea.
I realize that everyone’s body is different, I just wanted to see if anyone else had some successes or mistakes that I (and others) could learn from. I don’t think that’s a bad idea at all.
-P.S. If anyone does try the acetone therapy and it works… I’m still not doing it! :o)
In response to your ‘maniac’ inquiry; I’ve taken 15 in a day on numerous occasions. Didn’t notice anything out of the ordinary, other than a slight sensation of warmth after ingestion… then again, I’m one of those people who can take ephedrine tablets by the hand-full. When I first got my hands on T2 (a month ago), I took the recommended dosage. All I got was a slight warmth feeling, but it lasted about 2 minutes after ingestion; that is why I gradually upped to 15. I’ve been off T2 for over a week and I’ve yet to notice any fat gain.
