Squat injury. Missed the uprights

Here is where I feel pain:

So today I was squatting in a new gym which had the same exact racks as my usual gym, so I set the pins to the same number I usually do. What I didn’t notice was that the rack was elevated about 2 inches off the floor. So on my top work set I go to rack it and miss completely and slam into rack, under the uprights, and have to awkwardly re-orient the bar back and over the hooks. I don’t remember much, but I think the bar may have came off of my back for a split second, so I guess I was basically behind-the-neck pressing 325lb

Right after, I had a dull pain. Has gotten steadly worse since ( now 3 hours later). Right now I can’t move my shoulder without intense burning pain. Even taking a big breath gives intense pain.

My question is:

Any idea what type of injury I incured? Should I ice it? Should I go to a doctor? What doctor (physical therapist / chiropractor)? I don’t know any PT’s but I know a chiropractor who gives me regular adjustments and hes a knowledgable Olympic lifter…however I think this is a muscle pull / tear…
