Hey guys, looking for some advice pretty desperately.
A few weeks back I had a strange injury whilst doing front squats.
In the middle of a rep my right shoulder somehow dropped and there was a crunching sensation underneath my shoulder blade. The pain wasnt particularly intense but I definitely pulled the muscle under the shoulder blade. I was out for just over a week until the muscle healed.
However, now I have a constant irregularity in the right side of my back. It feels almost as if something is out of place and can really be felt during things like pull ups.
When i shrug there is something behind my shoulder blade that clicks. Like a bump.
Theres no major pain but the area is definitely weaker and less stable. I also get that sort of hot ache after doing upper back, like when a pulled muscle is healing.
Anybody ever had anything like this? Have i dislocated something?
Its not affected my strength or my workouts at the moment but something defnitely feels different now.

I don’t know if you dislocated anything but I doubt it, what would be more likely is you are still healing a bit from the injury. Or you had or have some muscular imbalance or compensation from other muscle groups because of the injury which might be causing the issues. Like from shifting the tendons around, and out of place. Probably best to get it checked on by a doctor since no one here can diagnose or treat it.
