Skinny Bastard Update

hey a while ago i posted looking for help…well the last while i’ve been reading this site and busted my ass in the gym…gained a few pounds as well as some fat lol…but i plan to keep going unitil later until i decide i need to cut…but here’s an update no need to be nice just want ur opinions…i plan to keep at it i’m 17 right now soo i’m still fairly young

For future reference, it’s generally a good idea to post pictures after you’ve made some significant process (like a couple years worth of bulking or so). Keep going though, man.

That’s your after pic???

no sry i had trouble with my comp

side

and back

For future refrence, posting pics of anything less than a shaved gorilla will get you eaten alive. Hell, I’ve seen guys twice your size get raked through the coals.

thx, i’m gonna wait till i reach my goal of 180 before i post again lol i know i still have a long ways to go before i am truly satisfied

Don’t feel bad, you still look better with your shirt off than I do.

keep lifting. eat lots. then lift some more. The weight will come. Just takes time and effort. Seems like you are on track with the effort.

I can’t tell if your just flexing or if your posture is normally like that but your shoulders look a bit rounded. if that is the case I would cut the bench press volume in half, emphasize rowing movements, stretch the lats/pecs, and not train the front delts at all for a few weeks.

Anyone telling someone at THIS stage of development to avoid certain exercises based on some retarded “internet diagnosis” of shoulder alignment needs to be casually walked outside, tied to the dangerous end of a horse by their feet and dragged until they stop speaking.

no i’m not flexing in any of these…thx for the advice tho…but i think i might listen to the prof on this one and keep the bench in my program…but thx to everyone for their responses…lol i expected to get flamed…but in a sick twisted way, that gives me motovation and drive lol…maybe i’m just wierd

Thats fine I was just giving you my personal opinion. Since your relatively new to the forum, Just a friendly reminder that the professor knows everything about everything and if you ever challenge his intellectual napoleon complex you will be subject to his menstral rages.

I concur!

Synthol

Well, at least you’re as big as Bruce Lee. Now you need to work on your Cobra Spread.
No, seriously, if you can tolerate it, try and get down a gallon or so of milk a day, and eat plenty of meat and eggs. And of course, squat, deadlift, do pull-ups and chins, dips, shoulder presses of some sort, and some benching or DB pressing. Then come see us in 6 months to a year for an update, and continue.

Like everyone else has said MILK, and I find it helps if you are low on money to make a ton of peanut butter and cinnamon bread sanwiches.

Keep lifting kid. You’ll get there eventually.

As they said…squats and milk.
